Our commercial contracts include Local Authority work and work for the National Health Trust such as critically scheduled refurbishment.

Over the past few years we have become involved in numerous projects restoring listed buildings.

Past projects include:

Outside restoration of 8 shops on Nottingham’s Bridlesmith Gate.
Shop refurbishment and strengthening works in central York.
Large scale restoration of Rotherham’s Imperial Buildings.

Although we are not one of the many contractors who prefer to solely pursue ‘new build’ projects we are also always keen to build for new and existing clients.
